Why this site exists

I committed to the 2026 Bosphorus swim before I knew anyone else who was doing it. Rather than train alone in silence, I'm documenting the prep openly — partly so future Korean swimmers have a head start, partly because the kind of people who would enjoy this trip are the kind of people I want to meet.
